I've spent the past 15 years spending other people's money for a living. I've had to learn that marketing is both an art and a science. Real Estate marketing is even trickier: you've got to win over hearts and minds.

I worked at Realtor.com and Compass for +4 years, learning that digital marketing was often expensive, ineffective and made purposefully confusing by vendors. Science went out the door and this was all about the Art of taking dollars out of agent's pockets.
I kept hearing: "Do you know of a company that we can trust to do really good, really custom digital ads -- but for cheap?" After a year of telling people that company didn't exist, I left Compass to try to build it.
Agents hire us because we're Nerds
We needed to learn what worked and what didn't, so we tried every idea an agent came up with. We never said no. We tested everything.
Along the way, we started to notice patterns. We figured out what worked for different types of agents. Each new agent benefitted from the dollars and lessons we learned before them. We got really good at recommendations and could help agents stay away from bad ideas we knew would never work.
That's how we built a team that worked with 30 agents in 2019, and then 468 in 2020 and are now on track for +600 in 2021. We've spent over $3M agent dollars in the process.
